Erika chooses the latter.

Married with two young kids Erika manages a full-time career as Director of Performance Systems for a large utility contractor—sometimes kicking off her heels and wearing steel toed boots and a hard hat in a very male dominated industry. She has also started two female empowerment networking groups in her community and is a contributor to charity boards, and networking groups in her community and is well known for a “side hustle” in the wellness industry that has netted over $1 million in revenue for her family.
